1. Return Eligibility

- Electrical parts that have been opened or installed

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@asmotornest.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our team to review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include the RA number on the outside of the box.
Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as this may delay your refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please notify us immediately in this case.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
